I had a lot of stuf in my cart and now it is showing as empty. How can I recover my cart items?

I am told that if someone is trying to find out Real Life information from me. Like trying to get me to prove who I am. That is it a violation of TOS? Who can I talk to see if what happened to me is just harassment or TOS violation?
