We're both autistic and I'd just felt really bad for them. >< They were under the impression that they'd technically lost real money but that makes more sense - since they were paying for premium as a bundle and not individually for the linden.

I know this isn't support I was just looking for advice on what to do/how I could help them (which I now unfortunately realise I can't do anything). But I'm glad to know they haven't lost out on any RL money so that's good at least, and I'm going to explain to them.

N/A. EDIT: I've relayed the responses onto them and I understand a bit better now that they weren't necessarily paying for the linden but premium as a bundle - not looking for anymore comments now. Thank you. The reason they were so distraught was because they had no idea how they'd been hacked and they panicked that the stipen added up to real money. I mentioned in a response but we're both autistic and were just honestly both confused with the situation.
