I thought I saw a thread like this here, but I couldn't find it with some quick searching, so I decide to make it! (* ̄3 ̄)╭ What is one trend you love and one trend you hate!
Either in fashion IRL or fashion in second life. A trend I've been really liking are dolls. I was in some shopping events and saw 2 different sellers with barbie doll style boxes for your avi and another seller with barbie styled dolls you can hold. If I had tons of money IRL full truth I would not spend it on clothes for myself. I would spend it on dolls. I lean more towards BJDs, but Barbie is a nostalgic fave, and I mean hey my body type already looks like an MGA doll half the time.
A trend I hate (or I guess just don't understand) is clothing where your body parts are part of the mesh. I don't know if this is confusing, so I attached a picture to show what I mean and with that you can already see my first big problem w(゚Д゚)w ALIEN ARMS HAVE ATTACHED TO MY BODY AHHHH but yeah that's way too light for the rest of my body. I had tried on a different item with added arms before BOM and I had hoped that with the introduction of BOM, creators could just slap it on the arms and call it a day, but I guess not. Also, slightly less of a concern, these bad boys are completely static. No movement. Zilch. Nada. I'm someone who likes my avi to be running around in circles and doing backflips. Feels weird if my arms won't reflect that.
