Stryker Silverfall

LDPW_Elderglen_Fairy v1.9.6 final - white, showed up at my house a while back. standing outside the front door. I live in a Linden home as an SL resident. It can not be moved or altered in any way. does anyone know what its purpose is? It is too small to be decorative. I went right past it for quite some time before I noticed it down there by the edge of the front porch, and I don't see one by any of the other houses in the neighborhood.
