So, what I'm looking for might be a challenge to find... it has been for me for a little while... When I first started roleplaying in SL, I could find places that would allow you to play as a child character (Knowing you're an adult behind the keyboard, of course,) but you could also play as a fae, elf, whatever. I've found some cool fantasy, both medieval, and not, that are fun to play in, but not one of them allows a character to not be an adult. It's making me a bit depressed, as I'd love to play my teen fae as I intended. I'm indifferent on what kind of setting, medieval, modern, scifi, whatever. I'd just like to play him as I created him... Any suggestions?

I'm looking for a family for one of my characters... I've been all over Heritage, Next Gen, and other adoption agencies, but most people want a kiddo that's all puppies and rainbows... and all they want to do, most of the time is just play house... I have a character with a past, a young teen boy, who not only fights a degenerative bone problem, but his own status, as well. He's had great success with his rock band, but has found he's missing that special something... and that something is a family. Now, a warning, before you read this extremely short version of his tale, it is NOT puppies and rainbows... though he loves both of those things... Mickunae was born to a royal ice fae family. The prince of his land, but he was also born with powers beyond that ever seen... power-hungry fae queen wanted to take the baby for her own, and gain that power over the ice element. But the king and queen hid him very well... and they kept their older son more than sheltered... When the enemy fae got a clue where Micku was kept... War broke out. There was a nasty surprise attack by the enemy fae. The king and queen died, nobody knows what happened to the older prince. Micku was hastily sent to another world, even his senders weren't sure where they sent him. Which was for the best, as fae can't lie. Micku ended up in the system... Good fosters, bad fosters, One family forced him to dye his hair red, hide his wings 24/7, act human, and told him he was virtually satan.... Eventually, he got into a band and quit trying for a family... But even as happy as he was playing.... He realized he was missing just that... I would very much be willing to drop you a notecard, of course, but please feel free to snoop my picks. I can be found as FiranLonMesita Resident. I've been roleplaying for years, and I'm a para-roleplayer. I typically roll a D100, for chance situations. and while I clearly love the fantasy, don't be intimidated if you're a human family! I can totally imagine humans trying to help the boy blend in while he's at school or other things!! There's of course at-home stuff that'll happen! I'm not against playing a bit of house, but let's make a story! I'm furry, LGBTQ, human, and otherwise friendly. I don't have the character in school, but I RP him as so.
