i am not getting how to do that...can u please explain step wise

I did but there were no 994 messages .. but still it shows darn u have been logged out what should I do

after 2 to 3 mins of login it pauses everything and say darn you have been logged out of second life I have tried switching off the router then turning it on I also have uninstalled and installed sl at least 3 times and have deleted the folder from app data also I don't know why but still this message is coming please help me
