I checked in stores that I thought would have this kind of style like Himedream, Cheezu, Uzu. But couldn’t find anything there. Hello, it's hard to find nice leg warmers- either they don't work with shoes or they're attached to a shoe already so it's not versatile. Would anyone know where the purple socks below are from? Brands I know it's not are :Pare (their socks aren't in this color), Loki (their leg warmers are attached to another shoe), Neve (feel free to double check but I think Neve's leg warmers have an extra band at the top)

Ohh, I'd say go with the Hime bangs + Wasabi Pomme hair then. I tried some combos out for you out of boredom and I think that was my fav! (Please ignore my bizzarely wide shoulders in the lelutka pose mode 8'D) This is the Wasabi hair from above + Stealthic Bangs (Hime C) + random side bangs (I used one from KUNI). I can't find those bangs on Stealthic's marketplace anymore but I'm sure it's in the store somewhere https://www.flickr.com/photos/stealthic/28210561237/in/photostream/ This is with VCO's Eunhee & Sukhi Lastly, there is this YOMI hair that looks close, but it's discontinued. I think there is a way to buy it if you contact the seller, but make sure to read her contact info in the store first (I think she doesn't respond to people if they ask the wrong questions?). A lot of her old things are in the midnight mania too, if you're patient enough to wait for it.

If you don't mind an aged up version (aka longer hair) I saw a pigtails hairstyle at Stealthic with similar bangs! Otherwise I recommend getting Stealthic's "Hime" bangs to pair with a pigtail hairstyle from another store, which may be easier since finding that specific bang + pigtail combo is harder.

Never saw a skirt with this chain before! It could be two separate pieces like a chained belt on top of a skirt, but it looks like one mesh to me. I asked the girlie who made this pic but no response yet. I know the skirt on the left, and it's not the same one (skirt on the left is from this gacha if anyone is interested).

I'm so bummed out about this actually! I like Maitreya because of the availability of clothing and lag friendliness. Not a fan of the Legacy shape, but it does look more detailed. I wouldn't have an issue changing to Legacy if it weren't for the lag : (

This is not the first time this has happened, but this time it's really grinding my gears. I signed up for a Midnight Mania (after paying 100 to join the group for that specific thing), and when it delivered the item at midnight, I accepted it and- POOF. Nowhere to be found! It's not in my inventory. I was indeed offline the exact moment the Midnight Mania sent out things, and I think that's when this problem happens. Is there a way to fix this issue aside having to stay online to get the things? How does anyone get their things fro Midnight Mania's then?

Dunno if someone brought this up yet, but the straps on the Maitreya body!!! Having the most clothing choices in SL is my top priority, which is why I chose Maitreya. But it seems lately the rigging on Maitreya clothing is suffering... (FYI the creator is really nice though, so that makes up for everything 🥺)

Sadly the ones I like are all quite expensive. The Avatar clinic one has the better deal, as it has a lot of settings for L$100 cheaper than Eredita's. If you use the subtler settings it makes your boobs look really natural! I loved the look but haven't committed to buying the real thing. It's L$399, but do try out the demo!

I wrote a paragraph about my own thoughts on this, but I didn't want to upset anyone, since an avi's appearance is such a personal thing. But I did make a little caricature of these "T-rex" girls I see on ads all the time. Adorable in their own way, but definitely not anatomically correct

Mainly social conditioning and a sprinkle of primitive monkey attraction. Human attraction is still somewhat a mystery scientifically, so this is my conclusion after seeing the different opinions and papers online. There's the argument that we (heterosexual) humans will mostly always be attracted to certain things because of cavemen times and our instinctual biological urges (blah blah blah). For example, lots say that women are attracted to strong, tall men because they provide protection and were good hunters back in the day. However, I think it's mainly thousands of years of social conditioning. Sure, when we humans first evolved finding the right mate was essential to survival so these traits were extra desirable. But I'm sure we've evolved past primal monkey brains, and it's simply that our grandparents and their grandparents (and so on) have always been attracted to certain traits of the other sex. We see that growing up and it's human nature to conform (to a certain degree) and take on those beliefs. Now there's nothing wrong with liking a partner who provides protection, or a partner who is delicate and small and cute, but it's good to be aware of the biases that society has put into our brains since childhood. Ya know, gender conformity and whatnot. A good example is how lately more and more people are coming out as bisexual because they never considered it was possible, since they grew up in places where there was only marriage between men and women. Before I get lynched I will repeat, there is nothing wrong with liking "traditionally" masculine men or feminine women! Just that that kind of attraction is probably more nurture than nature.

Idk how reliable this random height scale I got off MP is, but if it's accurate you guys are right- turns out I'm not 1.57, but 1.75!! (Though my wig does give me quite a bit of height) I guess this explains why I seem tall!

Yep! That is exactly my problem. There's not a lot more to go smaller with Maitreya if you want to keep your proportions 😂

I'm guessing you mean you can't take off DEMO appliers? Luckily I find that Lelutka is the easiest in that regard. Simply open your Lelutka HUD (the one with all the eyes and lashes settings) and look for the eyebrow button on the left toolbar. On that page there should be a big picture of eyebrows on the very top. It should also say "clear". If you click on that it will clear any HD eyebrow (eyebrow appliers)! I'm too lazy to take pictures but if you still can't figure it out I'll take some pictures

I remember a few years back the trend was that everyone was a little too big and too tall. However with Legacy becoming popular amongst other bodies that aren't Maitreya/ Belleza/ Slink, I've noticed that 9/10 girls I see are super tiny! And I'M the one scaled properly, trust me. I use Alchemy but I'm quite sure all viewers have a height meter and I stand at 1.57 meters, or 5'1. Now that's pretty short already as I am that height in RL and I rarely meet anyone shorter than me unless they're asian. Yet everyone I see is a good head shorter than me, with tiny heads to make up for the proportions. Am I the only one who is bothered by this? Also, aren't there certain sims that kick you if you're too short? I wonder how these girls even go (adult) places 0.0 Or am I just hallucinating? Perhaps it's a Maitreya user thing? We're just bigger?
