I've been in second life for a long time already and last year I remember not being able to access adult sims I usually hang out in beaches and I got really frustrated that I can't go there anymore so I took a break for a year hoping that when I come back it'll be fixed but I still can't, I also can't change my preferences please help me T.T thanks

2 months ago I the upper part of my avatar is completely black and white, and I did not mind cause I thought it was just a glitch ( I'm 1 year in SL but I'm not an expert lol sorry .) Now, I just got my connection back and when I tried to open SL it was still black and white, I did try experimenting with the body hud but nothing happened. What I did was, I tried to uninstall second life but when I did this appeared ( see photos ), I did not mind, but it did not uninstall, So I tried to open the game again and I closed it, and I tried to delete all second life files in my lap top, now when I tried to install again this appeared again, like the error that appeared when I tried to uninstall it. Please help me I want to play SL sooo bad and I can't install it. THANKS !
