Hello, This is all new to me and i am not tech savvy, however i reached out to the tech support of my internet provider... and they told me that i am supposed to look for "PORT FORWARDING" so that they can reopen the ports on my router or whatever so i can get back into the game.. I had explained to them that i can log on for a little bit and then i crash after 3 minutes.. however when i used my MOBILE HOTSPOT i got on with NO issues at all.. so if anyone could please help me i would greatly appreciate it.
