I live in the SF Bay Area. So, maybe I’m a fish that doesn’t realize it’s in water, but I see no bias in sl. It’s exactly opposite for me. Usually, we are dealing with Americans 24/7 and it’s refreshing to meet people from all across the world. My sl relationship is from Buenos Aries (did I spell that right)? im all about keeping our culture BS out of sl. I’d leave the minute I smelled politics or culture bias inworld.

I logged in and instantly got lost. I found the user interface confusing. Rez? Sandbox? Objects? Buy how? Pay where? Wear or add? What is an AO and omg....MESH is the thing....what’s mesh? Some AVI are beautiful and mine looked, well not so good. I tried everything but wasn’t happy with my look at all. So I left for a year. I came back and started to view YouTube videos and blogs and started learning and growing within this world. I now have a home, a partner gf, friends etc.... so loving ♥•.¸¸.*ﾟ‘ﾟ･✿ second life!

Nearly 2 1/2 years. Just a baby compared to most posting here. I love reading your comments.... you all keep the flame lit! Took me a long time to start committing the time to really understand the tech, sims and community. But I’m hooked and loose myself inside the limitless worlds that have been created! Love ? SL.
