Hello, I bought a sky box and am wonder what is different about setting a landing point in it. I went to the area within the sky box I wanted to set the point at, reloaded, and ended up on te ground. I know how to set a landing point on the ground, but how is it different in a sky box? Thanks!

I have bought $L and have a pretty decent amount for my limit, but the premium membership option only allows you to choose a Linden Home. Is there a way to skip that?

Hello, I am looking into getting a premium membership so I can decorate/own a house. How do you choose the land option in lieu of a Linden Home? Do I have to choose a Home and then abandon it in order to gain access to the Mainland option? Thank you for your help! Rozie

Hello, I'm new to Second Life, but I have put a lot of effort into it. I learned how to dress and invested quite a bit in my appearance, but I don't want all of that to go to waste! I'm in my twenties (college kid) and can't seem to find an age appropriate location or venue to meet people my own age. *sigh* I'm not into fantasy roleplay or "exotic" clubs. I enjoy voice chat, but don't mind typing if that's what others prefer. I just keep finding dead areas where either no one is around or no one responds. I can get along with almost anyone I meet. If you know any groups I can join, that'd be great. I'm not sure how to navigate groups yet, but I want to learn. I'd greatly appreciate any information or tips you can offer! Thanks, Rozie

Hi, I purchased the Maitreya Lara body, but the body is nowhere to be found in my inventory. I also lost all of the lindens I used to buy it. It is not showing in my purchase history, so I cannot request a redelivery. What should I do?

Hello, I was trying on some skins in the YSYS shop to see what would match the skins that came with some mesh heads, but I unintentionally tried one for my head instead of my body. I removed the demo completely, but the watermark for the skin is still there. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance!
