It is helping me and this was the only way I could get any info from the moles. Please discontinue watching. He gave me his SL PW and permission. When I saw "without permission" was on their form, I sent them the text of him giving me PW and permission.

He has my wifi password meaning he can use my IP address or get someone else to do it. Ignor the posts.

I was never told what I was accused of or given a chance to defend myself. The ex made threats with guns, coming to my home, mentioning IP address and he has access to my wifi, all making me think he was here. If this is even about his mess. If it was done on my IP address, he had to do it or give my PW to someone else. I suspect his ex wife or her BF as most likely candidates but have no idea. I only know that I did not do any damage to him or anyone else. I will post the whole story on Facebook. Leave SL, sorry I ever came. It was a great run though. When I heard Linden's talking about ETHICS on Lab Gab, I was so grateful. But, it looks like it was just talk. I was asleep, on skype with someone who can verify, the night this happened.

Oh well. Looks like I have been unfairly charged with something I did not do - damage to another. I will post the whole story with photos on Facebook. LL did not tell me what I was accused of or give me any chance to defend myself. I I actually have written permission to log in to one of the accusers accounts, an alt, but it is the only one of his that I had access to or got in to, with his knowledge and permission. I did not do him any damage. He did me a LOT of damage. He RL threatened me and he has access to my wifi account. I spent 4 years in SL working to make it a kinder, gentler place and recently doing all I could to position it for place in MetaVerse. LL could look at what I have done there with the groups I've built and what I spend my time doing juxtaposed what the abuser has done in his 15 years. I guess SL is a place for abusers. I will go on, sorry I ever came.

Since Moles watch this, can't someone please get me an answer on why my account is on hold? Ticket #1854929. I have been up all night going through records to send proof but I don't know what I am defending against. The only thing I know to do is file more Abuse reports on him, with proof.

It is not a financial hold. My account is current and phone line says that is only for billing. Actually, I can't even check my account but don't think it renews yet and they have my credit card to charge if it does. I also need a record of this. Thanks Dyna

Even though I am a premium member, I cannot access the chat feature to contact LL, I guess bc my account is on hold and I can't get there through guest. I cannot get anyone to tell me why my account is on hold. Any ideas or suggestions?

He and I were in a relationship for about a year and half. It took a long time (8 months), despite his constant pressure, for me to let him know who I was RL. We were planning on meeting in RL and being together so this was part of the process. I have lots of experience in SL that taught me not to trust but I had to take that risk to see if he was someone I wanted to be with in either worlds. He got enough rope to hang himself and he did, revealing he was a liar, thief, and cheat. I have heard of many SL relationships taken to RL that worked. SL is my first experience with anything like this online. I never did internet dating, tinder, any of those things. All of this happened during a month of incredible stress from the things he was doing, destroying our life, our businesses, trashing the store, threatening me with nasty poster he made, IMing my friends and colleagues while I was cleaning up the messes and trying to keep him from doing more damage. This is the most personal detail I shared. The copies of the abuse reports, where he threatened me with guns, said he was coming, and that he had his AV or one of his alts stalking me 24/7 and then mentioned IP address made me afraid he was in my town and I was in danger so I filed the reports. I am overwhelmed with all of this and now I am locked out of SL while the abuser is on. I cannot get to my records without getting on SL and I cannot get a response as to why I was locked out. All the work I do there and RL is affected by this and I have to waste more time dealing with his mess. Again, thank everyone for responses. I know I am not good at this. It is all new to me and very upsetting.

OKAY, logging in as guest worked, thanks Quartz. It looks like I will have to file abuse tickets on all of the violations he has perpetrated in order to show what has gone on here. I did not want to waste more time on this stupid drama but it looks like if I don't, the lying abuser will be able to do me more damage. I know it is a waste of my time and feel it is for those who have to deal with it at LL but it seems the only way. I will send the nasty poster he threatened, then made and distributed of me offering sex (with a naked pic of him), proof of his many threats followed by destructive actions with severe, including monetary damages along with the other horrible things he has done violating TOS. This is not how I want to spend my time in SL. Thanks for your help.

I got no message from LL. I was in world, got booted, when I tried to log back in the message on FS screen said my account was on hold with link to file a support ticket. I have tried dozens of times to do this and it will not submit. I had no notice or IM (I get them by email back up) from LL.

I have done that dozens of times, created support tickets, to no avail. When I click the submit button. It will not go through. There is no ticket number but I even put an old one in there in case the field had to be filled out for it to go through. I attached the files above. Nothing happens when I click submit. Thank you, Alwin, for the additional information. I am so overwhelmed and upset about this on the heels of two months of dealing with his destruction and mess that all I can do is keep trying to do the next thing to get his resolved and I think that means getting the ticket to go through. I will come back and do as you said. Has no one had this problem before?

Thanks for replies and that is not what I am asking. I knew to call the police, to watch the area and to do what I could to secure myself RL. My question is how can I get the support ticket to go through? I need my account back and it is blowing my mind that the abuser is on, my account is on hold, and I cannot do what LL said to move forward. I have no expereicne with these things. I only shared what happened to point out the gravity of the situation, not to ask for any advice that way, just info on how to get a support ticket to go though. And I do appreciate you taking the time to reply.

I had to report an ex this morning when he threatened to come to my RL home with guns, had his AV and an alt outside my home/store for days, stalking me, and lots of harassment and damage done. I heard nothing from LL but he is still on and I just got logged out, ferreted out message my account was on hold, to file a support ticket, but the ticket will not go through. Fmeh, I have only been here a little over 2 years and always have places to go that are well populated. I did make a friends groups and members post their events so I don't have to depend on the destination guide. Events is a good place to look, as said. The Aussie/Kiwi places are packed in the late night hours. New Babylon, formerly Babylon Berlin is packed. Where live singers are usually have big crowds. I went to two Seth Regan events today, one was to capacity. It depends a lot on what you are looking for. Get networked with some friends and groups so you are not searching alone. No way SL is dead or dying. Many of us are consciously working toward a new and better SL in terms of how people treat each other.

I tried, could not log in to SL viewer and cannot find where to report problem when not in world. Firestorm is not letting me log in on web either. Who ever mentioned the 26000 in world who would disagree, that is 1/2 to 1/3 the population that would be on now so could be equal number are having log in problems.

YES!! I have been getting booted for past 5 hours and cannot log in now. They said report problem but I cannot find where to do so. SLs incident page reports no issues. MrsSeren - you led me to direction that helped. First I shortened, then when got flagged again, I changed a few things in the text. Seems odd they wouldn't have some way for groups or events that meet every day to post without having to do 5 a day and this kind of manipulation. Thanks!

I've also changed category, discussion, education, and self help I think other one was - with charity. Will try shortening and see if that helps. Thank you both for your replies :)

I keep getting notices that I cannot post an event because it is a duplicate of one already posted. We have a daily walk in clinic. The date is different with each posting. I have changed the title, body, and type but still won't go through. I have read the conditions and do not see anything in it that keeps me from posting. Can anyone who has a daily event let me know how to do this? Thanks :)
