Doesn't matter what they do, from restarting the computer, clean install of SL Viewer and Firestorm, logging onto alts, they just keep getting the same message on one account. Impossible to log in. Sad really as they are needed. Computer and modem/router off overnight. You name it they tried.

Have pointed my SL mum and sister to this thread. They have the same problem and it seems no matter what they do it remains the same. It has been ongoing for too long, and Linden Labs aren't able to fix it.
