There are several possibilities, but it will be hard to diagnose well without knowing more about your computer and how you are connected to the Internet.  One of the scariest possibilities is that you are overheating your graphics card or your CPU.  SL puts a fairly heavy demand on a graphics card, so you should expect yours to increase in temperature. If it is running consistently at more than about 80 degrees C, though, you can be causing serious (and expensive) damage.  Your computer should try to prevent overheating by aborting the program that is causing the trouble.  That may be what is happening to you now.

You can download a free temperature monitor program from the Internet (use Google).  Be sure to clean your computer regularly with a can of air.  While you have it open, check to be sure that all of your fans are spinning freely. If you are using a laptop, you may not be able to clean it yourself, so you should take it to a professional. Always keep plenty of air space around a laptop -- never use it on your lap.

Actually SL puts a lot of demand on the processor; irregardless, before jumping to a conclusion of overheating ... Are you having this issue with any other games; anything that would put the system under load? If you don't have any games on your system you can download some free demos off of steam and see if they also cause any issues.

Which viewer are you using and have you made any recent changes to either drivers or hardware on the system?

    What are your system specs?

Top of your viewer - click Help and About.  Copy the info and paste it here.  That will give us the basics of your computer.

My computer specs are Core i5-7600K, 8 gb RAM and my graphic card is a Nvidia Gtx 1060. It's the typical gaming pc. Temperature of my pc stuff keeps running always in 47º - 55º. My internet always works fine, it's a Wi-fi connection but I use a LAN cable.

I tend to use lots of viewers randomly, like Black Dragon, Firestorm, Catznip or Singularity. What is happening ... are not crashes really but random disconnects with no reason. Let me give a example:  I am walking around at some place and then my avatar stops moving. I try typing in local chat but my message doesn't appear, and then my account disconnects with the typical message "You have been logged out from Second Life. The region you are in maybe is experiencing trouble"

But it happens all the time! Everyday!

It now happens every 15 mins or more. I am starting to feel tired about this.

I have no idea of what's happening...

Edit: There's a thing i forgot to mention. Same thing happens to some friends that lives in my same country.

  2. I am having a weird issue with my SL, i am from latin america and theres a problem i can't solve. My account doesn't stop crashing or disconnecting every 10 mins from SL with no reason at all.... what's happening? help me!

I'm not having a internet problem, my internet works fine... the problem comes from SL and i have no idea of what's going on...
