  1. Hello, I want to contact LL (Second Life) directly to see if they can help me successfully recover my basic/free account after re-activation. I've seen a Fax number but I'm not sure how to send one. I could send an email to them, but I'm not sure if sending a support request to Tech Support will help me. I can't phone as I'm in U.K. and my adult SL account is 10 years old. I can't start again with a new account. I'm told that all my inventory, etc is still on the LL servers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! (DarkRaven Gothly, SL Resident).
  2. Hello, I opened a case a few months ago to re-activate my 10 year old account (basic/free). My inventory was not present and to recover this it indicated I had to log into the region 'Debug1' or 'Debug2'. It wouldn't allow me including a message "You do not have access to that teleport destination." I then tried to reopen the case, but it had closed and now I don't know what to do. Sent Rolig Loon a message with all the details and she said that all my inventory is still on the LL server. I also sent 2 support cases last week asking for assistance, but unfortunately there was no success. (I use the SL viewier which has been updated). I can't start over again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
