    1024 water access plus comfy BA log barn home

    My Mom always yelled at me when I failed to close the door "What, do you live in a barn?"

    Now I can say, yes I have lived in a barn and I loved it.

    The Barnesworth Anubis (BA) Bozeman barn is included with sale.  It is large and just fits the upper parcel.  So you might want to change homes if you want more outer space.  I just preferred the inner space..

    You can take the stairs to your right twisting down to the water and dock where you can keep your boat.  I fly down, much quicker.

    Below there is space for some things like a picnic table, loungers or whatever you want on your little beach area.

    BEAUTIFUL SUNSET VIEWS, LOW LAG, WATER PARCEL -   with OPEN WATER AND PARK SURROUND. I will leave all objects; some belonged to previous owner and she kindly left them for me.  My objects are also left behind for you to move around or return.  The house can be moved around on the plot but I was not the house owner.

    Perhaps you saw this home/parcel in "Yule" mode.  It has been converted to tropical sand in order to fit in with the rest of the Xeeko SIM.

    Unique and rare 512 m2 unblockable waterland to Blake

    This unique 512  unblockable water parcel measures 64 x 8 with 175 usual  allotted prims.

    The rarity of the small parcel is that it has  64 mt long protected navigable ocean front. (access to the Blake Sea)

    The modern two story house shell I will leave behind or you can return it to me.     The former owner is leaving the docks that are set up nicely for this parcel.  Not to your liking?  Return to Maya Thor. They can't be modified, but it worked for me.

    When you land it will be on the edge of the property on my dock..  Walk to the two story modern structure.  Tour the  space.  exit the home with a sharp left double turn to get to the land parcel in front. ( I have a curvy avatar, she fits walking the edge).  I had it set up with some nice trees, flowers and picnic area,

    I never had a lag problem, and it was a quiet area. The previous owner had a cute gacha shack on it, but it was too small for my stuff and only one story.

    I looked at so many Blake access homes, they were way out of my price range.  This is very comfy and if you love sailing, it is a bargain.  

    My friend is selling me her 1024 which is the only reason I am leaving this unique spot.

    The Moderate rated sim Dunvegan is peaceful and scenic....a river runs through it.

    This sale includes the 1024 sqm land, the landscaping (which can be removed, most in a linked piece), bird sounds, and the rustic feel one level cozy cottage.  Definite celtic, warm vibes.

    Please note: the two lanterns on the front river side do not turn on, and could not be fixed by previous seller.  The  two side ;lamps work fine, as does the exterior fireplace and outer lamps.

    351 prim allowance empty.

    I loved it here, but am vacating due to a breakup and a start-over. 

    I brought this plot last month at the price of 4200L.  I do not own the objects, therefore I can't alter or move them for you.  Just hit return if you do not want them.

    I waited a few days after entering my CC info to my account, and my profile card still does not show I have payment info on file.

    I tried to write LL< but their specific scroll down selections did not allow for this question.

    Does anyone know how I resolve this issue?
