I've been renting land that has 1127 prims total and it costs me 987 a week. That would be like 485 or something for you, also my friend wants to help me pay as well so even lower if and when she does. She won't be using any prims either.
I already went ahead and made my house and decorated and everything since no one messaged me. I didn't use the house in the post, I used another one since that one is too big for just 1 person. I'm willing to delete all my hard work and start over so we can both make something that we both like.

I've rented my own land that has 1127 prims and it's in a good place with no lag, and it's pretty huge. For only about 980 a week, I'm still looking for people to rent with me.
I've made my house and everything, the house above I did not use because it is too big for just me. I'm willing to delete all my hard work and redo everything if anyone would like to live together with me. Or if you like what I did, we can keep it.

Unless you're like me. Build a skybox with no windows, and never have guests over.This is all very true, I'm just waiting to see if anyone would be interested in doing this with me. Then we could talk about it. The sims that I checked were actually pretty nice and didn't have all those huge ugly buildings in it. But building it up in the sky all alone sounds fun too.

Actually I found a lot of good land in nice sims for very cheap with a lot of prims.
Even cheaper than what I previously said.Lemme know if you're interested!

I found a pretty nice place in a good looking sim so if anyone is interested we could buy the land I found, or we can look for more if you're not happy for it.
The land I found has 1614 prims and the area is 1920, price is 1515 a week. So we'd both pay half and half if it was only me and 1 other, or if there was 3 of us we'd pay about 505 each.Could also have up to 4 people even, who knows.

Hi! I'm just coming back to SL after a 4 month break and I'd like to rent some land again, but I'd like to rent with 1 or 2 other people who would want to share my house.
I haven't searched for land to rent yet, I'd like to see if anyone wants to rent with me would like to help me with it so we're all happy with the spot and size and the price as well.My house consists of:
- 4 bedrooms - 1 master(upstairs), 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs. I also have a small little office room, not sure if it counts as a bedroom or not, I'll add a picture
- 2 bathrooms - 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs
- Garage - 2 doors and a room in it
- 2 living rooms
- 1 kitchen

I'm trying to find a shirt and pants/shorts that have asian letters on them.
Like for example, just a white plain t-shirt with asian letters on it. Or maybe a white t-shirt with a picture of a k-pop star on it or something. Can be any color or any type of shirt, it was just an example.
Also some pants or sweatpants with asian letters running down the side or front of the leg(s), or shorts or something, if this exists at all.
If anyone knows of any then please let me know! I've been looking on the market but can't seem to find anything.

I'm looking for someone to rent land with and to live in my house with, someone to half/split the rent with me.
It could be just me and 1 other, or 2 others or 3 others, doesn't matter to me! The more the better, we can all split the rent and live together.
The house is very big, it cost me $5K lindens to buy and I am not using it right now so I'd like to actually rent land and live in it.

If the house is no-transfer, then you cannot 'sell' it to anyone - no matter what they pay you for it, it will never be their house - it will always remain your house. If something were to happen to the house you rezzed out for them to live in, they would not be able to fix it, or re-rez the house, or rez the house on a different parcel.
If the house IS transfer, then you can always try selling it - this would allow the buyer to actually own the house and to rez it wherever they want to.
If the house is NOT transfer, then the best option is probably to rez it out on land you own, and then rent out the land with the included house on it, as part of the rental.

I was wondering if this was actually a thing that people do or would want to do.
I have a house in my inventory, a really nice one too. It cost me 5K Lindens to buy and I'm not even using it.
So I was thinking, there could be people out there who have land but no house, or have a house but want a better one.
I could go to their land and rez my house and they can pay me one time and they have it forever, right?
I wouldn't ask for much money either!
Is this actually a thing and would people be willing to do this?
This is the house below, I'd make another post of course if I wanted to do this, if this is actually a thing. This is not a post of me trying to sell my house, just asking if it's a thing or not!

My name is Sophie I absolutely love decorating, I love making houses/rooms look cute and pretty. Or if you're into something else, that too!
I will be updating my portfolio with houses/rooms I've decorated. So far I've decorated my own house, an apartment and my own bedroom, all in 3 different locations. I took no pictures for my house because I never thought I wanted to do this, or for the apartment. But for my bedroom I did and everything else from now on I will, it will all be on my flickr in an album for people to see.
My prices are not made as of right now since I've had no customers so far, but we will discuss prices and everything when you IM me and figure something out that works for the both of us!
If you are not happy with how I made your house and/or room(s), then you will get your money back and we will be on our separate ways! No feelings hurt, hehe.

I never hurt anyone, it wasn't a "troll" it was just me messing around is all and I took it too far, I do admit.
I am done for now, if I get banned then I get banned, obviously I don't want that. Yes I've been a complete dick but it was only because I'm annoyed by how many people hate me for no reason whatsoever. (from earlier posts and from before I started messing around)
I'm a very sensitive person who should never use the forums ever again and I will not use them ever again.
