Regarding questions regarding the waters in front of the parcel, yes this is unblockable, protected waters. It is owned by Governor Linden (you will see it in the owner area) and no one can buy or build on this. Note: this is not abandoned water which can be auctioned off or owned by a private owner who can build on it so it will always have water frontage. I am holding this sale price for the weekend at 2000L per 512m2 plot and I have two of these adjacent to each other so you can combine both 16x32 for a complete 32x32 plot 1024m2 parcel.
