Has your group got a parcel at all that is in search? If so, that is it. The LS30 for search is deducted from the group balance, of there is one. If there's no money in the group it will come from your account, but this time, it won't have done that, it will have come from the group instead.
Thank you for solving the mystery...that's the answer!

Just curious...I sold a small parcel of group-owned mainland for $L 500. The payment sent to me from the group was $L470, having a $L30 parcel directory fee deducted, and reported in the sales detail section of the group land/assets tab. I've never seen this before, having sold lots of mainland parcels in the past.
Anyone have an explanation - is this a new fee? The parcel was never listed as show place in search.
Thanks in advance for ideas!

I just thought of a brilliant idea, if they could make a feature that permits property owners to de-render objects visible from their property for everyone who is on their property. Problem solved! That's my problem, how do I de-render things for tenants and prospective tenants? They come to my property to check out a rental and see crap floating around nearby Being able to de-render in my viewer only is not much help.
What you have to remember is that you cannot de-render anything if you are using the Second Life Viewer. You can de-render using Firestorm, and I don't know about other third-party viewers.
