Nope, the system just hangs and i get a black screen, the cursor is frozen and everything is nogo, cannot even bring up task manager to close the program, keyboard frozen too, so the only option is to unplug the power and then plug back in and fire up the computer from scratch. This happens everytime, I appreciate your reply, thank you.

How do i keep my phoenix firestorm viewer from crashing every single time i log in, I have tweaked the preferences, etc. but to no avail. Everytime i log in, the viewer crashed. Please help
