Even tho I am in America, and my first thought when I hear "trailer park" is "tornado target" I am also familiar w/ what you describe. A friend, whose mom is like a second mom to me, her mom is a snowbird (spends winter in a warmer climate, summers more north). She winters down in Arizona in a community like what you describe. With gas prices so high, she stopped about 16 years ago driving her camper back and forth in spring and autumn and now it stays down there. It's quite a large community of snowbirds from around the country and they all meet there every Autumn

Startled me, too! LOL I had no idea that avatars could be that big when he said, "Want to see my large avatar?" I was expecting tall enough that I could walk through his legs like an archway (I'm pretty short as far as adult females in SL go). As to the cov, not sure. He didn't move around and wasn't in it very long before going back to his normal form. I have never seen an avatar that tall! Very impressive. Bentley was very polite Although when I turned around and was staring at a toe, my first thought was, "My! What big feet you have!" ... and legs.... ...and tail..please don't swing that, I couldn't handle that many region crossings...

A discussion was going on in one of the groups about height. Bentley offered to show me his normal/small avatar and this one. Normal, I came to mid chest on him I think. This one.... I had to fly up to 176m to clear the tips of his ears. (Take out about 20-30m for ground level to get his height, not in world atm, so can't tell you exactly what the Z for my backyard is.) He said that the statue at the fairgrounds comes to his knees.

I would suggest just using a regular prim to make it so you can cap the end like you want. I don't have an exact match for texture, but it comes close with a bit of stretching. If you want it, send me an IM in world and I will pass it along to you when I am back at my computer (afk atm getting dinner stuffs started)

I am no where near an expert on breedables but aren't those boxes what they drop when they "give birth" so they aren't yet set for sale? eta ... I remember picking up boxes all over when I was de-seeding my dogs, and the brief time I had cats.

I have 3 de-seeded BB dogs (they don't breed anymore or consume food, but still require a food dish around them, which is annoying) that put out every couple days for a 24he period so they don't get sick. I don't leave them out all the time and I don't pull them out if the region is lagging. One, that's 43 prims I could be using for building or decorating... And two, I don't want to possibly lag out my neighbors because I know how much it sucks to be bogged down at home.

Lol back to front. Right now, you'd just get frustrated if you have the same mailbox issue many are having. So don't think your neighbors will be looking too hard at your parcel

You can never please everyone, and there will be those upset no matter what method LL uses if it means they don't get one NOW. I'm glad they're listening and willing to try smaller batches, but 1 region, I feel, is too small. And too rushed. How many support tickets went in tonight? I think the next release style tried should be maybe 4 regions once a week with mailboxes tested prior.

Yup! Bellisseria is the new Shady Pines (There is a thread on these forums about Bellisseria being more of a retirement community than "starter homes". This is a community many of us have longed for for many years.)
