It becomes more confusing when I tried to erase or take off these items that are in the inventory. How to actually erase them in a proper way?

Is there a trick that I can select all of my items and drag them on a folder instead of selecting one item at a time?

If I login into my account and it's still making my avatar look cloudy orange, what can I do to resolve it?

I'm having issues with my inventory. Every since I clear my inventory cache, most of my products stopped working so i had to redeliver them. Once I did redeliver multiple times, nothing worked. But I also did contact the creators (which I understand that they will respond some time). What else I have to do besides that?

I just got done downloading and importing my windlights. When I logged back in to decorate in my new home, I can only see a folder without anything in it including all of my stuff. Is there anything I have to do?
