It says you can't log in because the amount of log in is too much for the server at compared to the regular flow of logging in and out.

No need to upgrade the servers if they are the same as before, the reason right is because over hundreds of thousands of people are all trying to connect by spamming "Login" on firestorm or any viewer without even waiting for it to be stable. Right now , we could say the login server is on a stress test.
