  1. Seems a lot of non-Americans have a lot of interest in these so called American topics (I genuinely didn't know LGBTQ+ rights was just an American topic) since a lot of non-Americans seem to have very strong opinions on said topics. That being said, if you feel left out it's because you chose to be left out or rather to not participate. There is nothing preventing non-Americans from starting threads that reflect their own views. That being said, I wouldn't go on website forum of a game played mostly by Europeans or whatever and owned and operated by Europeans and be bothered by the lack of American related topics.
  2. Someone pointed this out in another thread. In your Geforce Experience, instead of installing the "Game Ready Drivers" install the "Studio Drivers" (3 vertical dots next to "Check for Updates". This solved this issue for me. So far I haven't noticed any negative effects with other games I play.
  3. He literally made gloves with the fingers making a white power symbol (I was on the fence about the Hawaiian shirts but this kind of sealed the deal for me). That's why it's called a dog whistle. It's the subtle hints certain people like to give out yet get upset and (over)defensive whenever called out on it.
  4. Funny thing about this. They were spotted at Malden Station. A train station just north of Boston where they all apparently parked. When confronted they all scattered, some of them even made attempts at hiding their license plates.
  5. They’re also regulars at a few of the popular shopping events. They’re actually pretty good. Not the best at rigging but their mesh and texture/materials quality are amongst the best of them. It’s a shame this is who they want to market towards. But it’s w/e. No one is forced to buy from them.
  6. Probably mostly because both were once Mexico.
  7. Maybe ask a friend who is premium whether or not they are using their free 1024. Quite a few don’t.
  8. Definitely guilty on the shopping front. My New Years resolution was to not spend as much on SL this year and try to mostly hit up the quarterlies or semis instead of the monthlies to get my fix. So far I’m doing better than last year but still probably spending more than I should. Baby steps lol. Rather than cold turkey.
  9. I just pick whatever the highest rate is I can get in estimated 10mins. Usually its around 248L to 251L per dollar.
  10. People don't have a purpose. We just do.....things...
  11. That is the point to be fair. For someone to open themselves and post a question like this on a forum suggests, at least to me that they have exhausted a majority of the methods people have responded with. The doctors don't always do what's best and the medications are problematic. Antidepressants can take months to "kick in" and usually your symptoms will get worse before they get better. Patients literally have to prepare themselves for the possibility of straining a few relationships (if not ending them completely) and losing a few jobs (if not walking out entirely) whenever they decide to take a doctors advice and take a medication and whenever they decide to try a new medication. As for anxiety, the medication is arguably as addictive as pain medication. When I was on them I couldn't tell if I was still feeling anxiety when I woke in the morning or if I was just jonesing for my meds. There's no easy answer or method. People can try to make suggestions of what has worked for them or what has worked for people they know.
  12. I had anxiety as a side effect to a concussion. Apparently I had concussed the flee-flight part of my brain. I had anxiety for years. The doctors started me off on klonopin but I told them I couldn’t work like that (imagine going to work and having dope face all day) so they gave me Ativan instead. Tried that for a year or so. It worked for a bit but only shortly. Luckily, my state legalized marijuana and I have been off the meds ever since with better results. For the past 2 years or so I feel I have finally recovered from the concussion.
  13. It did manage to peek out on occasion. Wish I dug out my camera though. The IPhone didn’t seem to want to focus.
  14. Of course there would be clouds on the same night as a lunar eclipse when the moon is usually in clear view from my back porch on an otherwise wonderful night.
  15. I appreciate it and I just responded with facts. I hope we all have a pleasant and factual day now since we got that out of the way.
  16. Some also complete form W-7 and file their taxes with form 1040-NR. But sure let’s go with bogus or stolen SSNs.
  17. Welcome to an open discussion forum where people can debate (try to convince each other they are right) things. You must be new here. Oh wait….
  18. Many sure, most don’t work off the books or under the table. Who is to say they arent filing on their own regardless ? This seems to be an assumption not really based on facts. Many legal citizens also work off the books as well. For the most part it not illegal to work under the table as you can still report your income. It’s more illegal for employers to pay under the table than it is for a person to work under the table. Also illegal immigrants make up 3% of the US population and 20% of the immigrant population. They are not 20% of the US population. Immigration as a whole, illegal and legal combined is about 14% of the population.
  19. Not all illegal immigrants came here illegally. That being said. Legal immigrants cost more to tax payers than illegal ones do. Illegal immigrants pay into a tax system they receive zero benefits from as they don’t qualify for any social programs or welfare. Legal immigrants do depending on their situation.
