I was trying on a new outfit yesterday and had to use the Omega applier, which did not work for me. Then I tried using a BOM applier - this action turned my avatar's skin red, except for the head and hands. Then I tried on another outfit from my Outfit Gallery - it was all red too, except for the face and hands. Now all the outfits in my Outfit Gallery are messed up. Help! How do I correct this problem?

Problem is my alt can not operate the control panel, and she can't get out the door, so not able to use the mailbox

My alt grabbed a Victorian home about an hr ago. She was able to port inside it but not able to use the control panel on the inside or to open the door. Parcel details show her as the owner. What can she do to access the control panel and to open the doors
