I resolved it, It's not that and a 100% sure it's not my wifi. All you have to do is reset your avatar try wearing your newbie avatar remove all your clothes and go to avatar menu and select any. After loading wear your real clothes back again.

Can someone tell me full instructions because I'm really having a hard time and its asap.
