how i read it, the total financial part of SL gets in hands of Tilia, no escape possible, and another company that can decide to lock you out of SL, seperate acount, seperate TOS. I would prefer LL gives us a translated official document in our own languages, this english/american lawyer jargon isn't something normal people use in daily life. If it's as strict as i see it, many people will get multiple barriers to get to their own money. This might turn into a disaster as we have seen during the inworld banking crises many years ago.

no as premium you do not have unlimited access. ONLY when a sim has free premium slots to enter you will be able to get in. example: sim limit 40 additional premium slots 4 44 people in = locked

that effect is normal at a standard avi, but looks to me you wear two bodies so it's super visible wear the alpha layer, or see if you can take off the second body.
