"Being that You Are An LL Peacemaker"... could you find some kind of resolution?? I've been trying to, through all the case #'s that have been recently taken place... "Why Can't I Start All Over If "I Have A Legitimate Credit Card on file" & want to (Again) start using SL to amuse my free time & spend as much money as I want??" so could you "Please??... just Re-Instate an AV Account for me", which proves I've been a member since I've... Already Lost my US currency that I've Already Spent since I've been on Administrative Hold?! It's Not that I didn't pay for my past Av Account, "when I was using it". I did pay in full for Everything I Owned While Using SL; my clothes & AV, & my Sim.
I still disagree with the Spending Limits of ones "Own US Currency", after two weeks of spending large amounts & LL Did Get Paid "In Full, whether or not I have a different AV(Alt) or not. If one "has the money, then why wouldn't LL take it" As One Uses SL?? I haven't caused "Any Other problem on SL, ever since being on SL in 2010 (7yrs. ago), & now... I feel like I'm being Chastised just because I disagreed with 1 (one) rule! Regarding.... that I've Always Paid My Own Way with my own US currency "While I've Used SL"! There shouldn't be Amounts Due if one "Does Not Use SL" (other than if one has a balance on "a Loan" that's Due), which I Never Had! I've Always Used My Own Financial Resources!
I Do Understand that if one has an amount due "On A Financial Loan From SL/LL", with a older AV that had a "Financial Loan On US Currency" while using SL, then that I could Fully Understand Why SL/LL would try To Retrieve Money Owed! But "I've Never Never Borrowed Any Money from SL/LL", I've Always Used My Own Financial Means for Any Payment. Which I've Always Paid Immediately... & In Full! And yet, Everything I've purchased... has been confiscated by SL/LL in the past.
I Don't Like Having To Talk To LL Publicly, but if this is they way I can Speak Out to LL, so be it! After all LL Does Have my Home Address, Home Phone #, & My Real Life Name! So If you'd like to contact me "privately", Please Do So. I'd like to have this matter Resolved, Ok?!

If you really own the homestead directly (pay USD tier directly to LL monthly), you should probably specify what date the tier is next due, whether it is a grandfathered homestead or not, what price you are looking for (or free if you really want to give it away) and whether you or the buy will pay the transfer fees.
If you are paying tier to anyone else - either on a weekly or monthly basis - this is the wrong forum category. Additionally, you should check your agreement with whomever you're leasing from to make sure that you can sub-lease it. If that is what you want to do, I would suggest a new post in the "Rental Regions: Homestead" category, with just the details about the rental - size, prims, cost, etc. I believe in this scenario whomever rents it would be paying you, and you would still be responsible for paying the owner of the homestead sim. Given what you have written above, I would be very wary of renting in this situation, because I would have doubts about whether you would be remaining around in order to pay the sim owner.
If you are truly planning on leaving SL however, I would suggest that you not renew your lease (don't pay for any additional time than what you have already paid for), and let it run out after the term that you have already paid for (in which the land will revert back to whomever owns it at that point).

It Doesn't matter much any more though, because the next day after making my post... SL Place My AV Account On "Administrative Hold". I'm guessing that's another way of saying that they've... Shut Me Down. I'm trying to find out Why, but It looks like it's going to be a long battle, for now. And in the mean time I don't think, since I can't Log In, I can't pay my tier on what I do have. I'm probably going to loose everything.... again.

In case you're interested, nobody can buy a homestead sim unless they already have a full sim. If a person owns a full sim, they can buy homesteads in quantities of 4. That's the way homesteads are. I hope you appreciate the 'fact' that we've taught you here

My advice would be keep the 25k L$ you are allowed to buy during the next 10 days for paying the SL rent-boys/hookers, and the nude midget juggler, and buy a load of weird, perverted, amusing stuff off the MP with the other $1000 US.

As far as a Homestead...., I paid the "Initial Fee" & like I've said that all that has to be payed for now... is he The Monthly Tier.
And Yes.... I use to "Own My Own Sim" 3 1/2 years ago. I really didn't know how to manage it, & had lots of people scamming me & never got any pay for them using me. So... Just To Let You Know. And.... Yes...I had to pay for Monthly Tier, Even After... Purchasing My Own Sim.
This Time.... I decided Not to buy a Whole Sim for myself, After All.... I Can't Spend the Money I Want To... Doing Other Things & Buying Items.
So.... Like I Said.... "What's the Point of Being on SL??!!!"
Especially If I Would have Bought A Whole Sim.... I Wouldn't be able to do anything with it, because I"m Not Allowed to go over a certain limit.
Now, after giving SL another try & Now Can't Spend the Money "I Want To", So.... I GIVE UP with Being On SL! Because I'm Bored now! Because I Can't make Purchases For Some Time now.

You don't think anyone who got their credit card stolen wouldn't notice that.... Slowly... within a Everyday Spending of 18 Days, I've spent/ blown $49,556.Ls = $196.22 US Dollars, which is Nothing to Me and my husband, as long as "I'm Entertained.... By Something"!!
