Yes I am able to IM her. And I verified, she is not blocked...

I am unable to see the avatar of my friend in Firestorm, but I am able with another viewer. I tried Second Life viewer and Alchemy. Both work, but not Firestorm. I prefer Firestorm because it is faster on my computer. How can address this problem?

I tried with Second Life original viewer and it was ok. But this not explain why in the other viewer what happened. Thank you Madelaine.

I will do that, thank you. I will try another thing before : to go online with another avi of mines and to test if I see the invisible avi like that. I will tell you later. :-)

In Firestorm viewer, I changed the setting "Mode" from "Firestorm" to "Phoenix" in the start screen. Nothing happens.

Only one. She invite me, she seems beside in mini-map. No floating name tag.

I checked the 4 points, but the problem persists.Other ideas are welcome, please ...
