hi peeps, i'm looking for ppl who want to make short films in order to learn or practice their skills. your current skill level doesn't really matter. i prefer unskilled/lazy people who know how to make things look good with photoshop, photo angles etc. or at least, someone who knows when intimate details have a purpose. if you're interested, send a notecard in-world with an invented job title, or a real one. what is the current procedure for gaining access to the beta grid for a recently created screenname? I contacted SL, as I read I might have to do, but I don't know how up to date that information was. Any help appreciated. I vaguely remember alternative ways of testing textures and whatnot without using the beta grid, possibly within a creators product... but I can't remember where I saw it.

i'm protective of my work sometimes, but there's a time and a place. these are microscopic Second Life scripts that will never fund a Rick Owens jacket. I think developing a higher level Scripting tool would be more relevant. Example: Playmaker for Unity 3D that said, if they didn't request Full Perm from the start, they are taking advantage.

it is just the same as an architect hiring a builder.

this is extremely naive thinking. 3D proficiency is specialized & requires time investment, particularly for fashion.

personally i just want creative control. if you know what you're doing, you can make either system work for you.
