I'm aiming for early 60's vintage like below.  I don't know if anyone is doing these sorts of heads (yet) but I've been away for months and I'm out of the loop. I guess  something that allows me to reaaaallly scrunch the nose might work?

Just a plain ol' cat avatar.  How hard can it be? sez I . 🙃

Apparently too hard for me, is the answer.  I've only found two choices on Marketplace that seem realistic, but one is dated and the other is part of a sort of feeding system.  Does anyone know of in-world stores that offer reasonably realistic avatars of domestic cats?

Or you could take a break.  Or a separation before a final divorce.   SL can sometimes feel like a relationship. Maybe you need to date some other platforms.

When I want a break from the human avatar customization mini-game (coordinating applier/BOM head/body skins is like playing Calvinball) I go Dinkie and go dancing.  

To this date have never been rejected as non-human or non-furry, though I wouldn't wear a Dinkie to a realistic animal avatar location.

You have to go with the flow of a sim.  Eagles can't go everywhere, all the time. But SL will always have somewhere you can go.
