    Opensimulator is a technology, Inworldz just was one company using it. Djehan could easily conserve the Hangars Liquides cluster on a private Opensimulator 'server'* but apparently doesn't want to. Maybe running it on a grid that is owned by a company that will not hesitate to shut it down once money stops flowing just adds to the angst of the dystopian concept... Many contemporary art is doomed to expire - it's part of the concept - for a famous example see here. *which can be any halfway up to date desktop PC, hence the parantheses

    There are lots of pastel coloured outfits inspired by Japanese culture - however you have to keep in mind they often are buildt for specific avatars. Maybe it is best for your wallet to do some window shopping first before settling on a body with a support for the outfit styles you prefer.

    I think that would be smart as it over time reveals lots of bad seams and stuff but all the self important people seem to use calwl and seem really surprised when you don't as well

    Payment info used means just that - you used you payment info to buy something, either Linden$ or a service. It always costs real money to get that status.

    I doubt bento hair will exist that totally react to sliders... the bento strands won't react to anything but their original rigging - this will always risk clipping.

    report it and in the report ask the mods to do so for you ... there is no other way to get it gone again...

    Theoretically yes - include an animation of a higher priority than the one in AVsitter. If floor is linked to AVSitter object you might need to do some additional code slinging (having a custom button in the AVsitter menu that triggers an indipendent animator script for the high priority animations is the easiest way to achieve this).

    AFAIK there are rez zone finding HUDs - never tried one myself. Try asking in Drivers of SL group, they should know. EDIT: Made link work outside SL

    To be fair you can't know for sure - Maai for instance once handed out a black stocking demo that was just like the fatpack with the notable exception that it only was black. Wearable demos are rare but not unheared off.

    That's the core of the whole problem though... did they know? I think we agree some market analysis would have revealed that easily enough, but did they ever do one?

    never looked into palm trees so only can give you some points of general advice: consider how others will percieve it - look at landscaping stuff from far away with LOD factor 1.5 and a high draw distance - if it looks fine enough under those circumstances: Good try getting mod items and items with alpha mode set to masking - play around with group gifts by stores you already have - some designer's textures take switching to masking mode very well and some become useless (This is to reduce hair glitches) keep using the same trees again and again - mod helps you vary them in size and general shape by skewing - that way you visitors only have to fetch the mesh and texture files for one tree in every 20 or even more... btw. don't underestimate the variation you already can get by rotating a tree.

    Djehan failded big time then. I think Qie and I did - irony's keen edge has been a staple tool in sarcasm and black humour for ages. Claiming you cannot use it ironically without being a fascist while using oneself in a provokating ironical way leaves me to say: @Djehan Kidd Si tacuisses, philosophus mansisses.

    I only know Ember's games, Lizail's and TBF (The Black Forest) - there are no doubt more good game designers out there but those three seem to be the most widespread for classic tabletop games. If you also look aside board games try Dustin Gilman's games - he does play- and enjoyable billard, dart and air hockey games.
