i have a problem that some of the item should be pop up the blue menu thing on the top right corner when i sit on it or just clicking on the item, but is not showing up, i use another account to test the same thing is working fine, the blue menu shows and working well, what should i do? thank you

it happened already a week i cannot access some of the menu on some area, seems like the hud is not working, no matter sit, touch or anything, the item menu not showing up as always,i have no idea what i can do, i have tried reinstall the whole viewer, reset bridge, default character test still nothing to do with it, is there anyways to fix this problem? thank you
