  1. Probably, I'd date my woman characters, especially if they had the ideal personalities and interests for me. Besides, it's no coincidence I designed them to be physically attractive!
  2. I am both! The lion is one character (account), the raven is another one.
  3. I'm tempted to say modern or futuristic urban environments myself, but there's only so much you can pack into a 256 X 256 meter region (that's barely a fraction of a real city! And not to mention the limited draw distance affects you enjoyment of an urban atmosphere.) I still do like "artificial" areas myself, so I'll say pavilions like the various welcome hubs on the mainland - I hang out at those places a lot. I also like "natural" areas like beaches and forests, too.
  4. Started playing with sdxl model found on Replicate. Original Picture: Two attempts: (Prompt: "full body picture of a woman with very long hair") I'm not totally satisfied with the results but I will continue playing around with the tool.
  5. On my end I can see avatars with a max complexity of 350,000. For my own avatars I try to keep my complexity under 100,000.
  6. I guess that's a good reason to disable your own, to avoid upsetting other people.
  7. I've never used the function to see others' LookAt targets until today, and I have never disabled others from seeing my own LookAt targets. With that said, I decided to test the function to look at others and my own targets today for a little while (at Social Island 10, of all places.) Maybe it's because of the way I use the camera (I basically use the viewer's HUD to control it), but my own LookAt targets don't seem accurate. I know I am focused on one thing but my target's crosshairs are pointed at something else (where my avatar is looking, not where the camera is focused on.) I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but those are my observations about the feature. A couple of questions for you to answer if you want: -Do you use the option to look at others' LookAt targets? -Do you prevent others from looking at your LookAt targets? As I mentioned above, my answer to both questions is no.
  8. Another of my women who is also a work in progress.
  9. "Headcanons" are basically your own created backstories or explanations for things not your own (like movies, books, or video games.) What are some "headcanons" you have for Second Life? Mine: -The Second Life world is one planet. -SL is a parallel universe version of Earth, only with more magical stuff like creatures that cannot talk or fly, can in this world. -Avatars can fly and teleport because of magic. -There is more interspecies harmony in SL than in Earth (mainly due to the fact more species can talk and understand each other.) Of course, it is still not perfect harmony.
  10. Nautilus discovery backstory, huh? Guess I gotta look this up!
  11. The reason why I ask is because after reading a topic someone mentioned that the mainland had scattered clues of the "past before" Second Life. I had assumed before that since this is a social sandbox, there would be no "official" lore in SL at all.
