We are having a killer party this Saturday at 12 pm slt. well, yes people under 3 months that don't buy a house are under volentary for 90 days, this is to see if they are able to keep to a schedual, we have had it where people who joined the same day come and apply and are hired but ended up never showing up

Prime Community Staff Needed: Leasing Agents: 2 General manager 1 1 Front Desk Rep who welcomes members to the sim who appear 1 Leasing Agent who shows homes and will go outside of the sim promoting the community to see if anyone would like to rent an entire household or just a room/apartment General Manager will make sure all duties are being performed and that all staff members are reporting for duty when they are scheduled. Event Coordinator: Assists with planning the events for the community whether it be monthly or weekly Game Masters: Watch over the arcade games along with the bowling alley and conducts tournaments like chess, spades, or the game that is like scrabble. Gym Leader and fitness trainers: Someone who can lead the gym and has fitness equipment of their own, if not we can provide the equipment at the end of the week. Theater Staff: As many people willing to work on a play around the holidays Television & Radio Staff: As many people willing to work on television and or movie productions along with radio broadcasting for club scene or just the sim in general. Every year on December 23rd, I want to be able to host an awards show like the Oscars and the Emmys along with Employee awards for hard work. Fire Department Crew: Will be in charge of fires being held on the sim, they have to respond to each concern in a timely manner. Need a Crew Chief who will head the department and have volunteer fire fighters. Hospital Staff: We have a psychologist she just needs a staff to work in the hospital nurses, doctors, a front desk medical assistant Courthouse Staff: Judge, Lawyers, Paralegals, courtroom clerks School Staff: Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers, students Maintenance staff: Make sure the households are running smoothly for tenants Restaurant owner: someone that can run their own restaurant that can deliver food to doors of the tenants Cable/Phone technicians: We need staff to go and check that phone lines are enabled for the current tenants of household, by adding them to the community group after sale is purchased.

Prime community: A little slice of Washington, here we will provide housing, Rp and other commodities. We are a community for the people as help each other with their living. We provide Jobs as well, we also provide returns for things, insurance if you will, but we can’t do it on our own, we need your help to make our dream a reality. We are looking for people that are well organized, able to take leads and help each other out, We want people who are goal getters and dependable, people who are good at maintaining and managing positions in a role-play environment. However, we also want people that will have fun. Jobs that need filled: Editor: This job is one of the more important ones, you will be in charge in helping us write posts, either writing them yourself, or helping us edit posts. Editors will need to be organized, have people skill and be good at writing/Editing Fire chief: this is the job that will help protect the community from fires, you will be in charge of keeping it running, and since Prime Community is a realistic Role play sim, there will be times where there will be fire. You can hire who you think will fit and help run the station Fire fighters: Help to fight fires and take care of the trucks and station, being able to hold seminars at schools and help teach fire safety Dispatcher: People who are able to listen and see what things are going on, people that inform us of needs people need and complaints. police chief: runs the police station and helps enforce sim rules as well as role play. Police officer: They are to keep the piece with the citizens, know the law and how to enforce them. Keep a calm and level head and able to respond to calls when on duty Real estate agent: They will help new people find homes, show them around and give them the prices of the homes/apartments. You may need to use a mic at time if requested. Have good people skill and able to sell things Receptionist: Receptionists will be in charge of the front desk, picking up the phone and making appointments, they are able to greet new people who walk into the office and good with role playing.
