I purchased a skin and unpacked it per the instructions I found (i.e., I dragged it to the ground, opened it, and copied it to my inventory). However, when I try to wear it, I just end up with a box on my right hand. What am I doing wrong? Is there some additional step I need to follow? I have both the regular Second Life viewer and Firestorm so any help vis-a-vis either client will be much appreciated.
