I can not log into my account. The first time I try to log in a window appears saying that I had to wait until a certain time to login. I waited and tried again in the required time, but when I tried a new window appeared saying "Login Failed.You can not complete your request at this time"

What does that mean??

Eu não consigo entrar na minha conta. Na primeira vez que eu tentar fazer o login abriu uma janela falando que eu tinha q esperar ate uma determinada hora para fazer o login. Eu esperei e tentar novamente na hora exigida mas quando tentei apareceu uma nova janela falando " Falha no Login.Não é possível concluir a sua solicitação neste momento " 

O que significa isso??

eu já troquei a minha senha, ja reinstalei o SL e continua a mesma coisa... Estou nessa problemática desde ontem. Eu já tentei fazer meu login mil vezes entrar e nada incluso no marketplace e site e não consigo. 

Alguém pode me explicar o q esta acontecendo, eu sou nova apenas 2 meses no jogo. Eu pedir ajuda ao suporte onde fui indicada pela janela q abriu quando tentar login da falha. Eles me mandaram um e-mail perguntando meus dados e tal ... Eu não estou entendendo e eu me sinto perdida por não ter nenhuma informação de nada. Estou imensamente triste

In the first place I would like to thank you for having answered me on my previous post. I do everything you talk to do but my problem continues. It takes a little longer to sink but it keeps sinking in the ground and my avatar gets horrible!

A friend can make avatar become normal but not last nor 5 minutes and return to stay as I already described and any avatar I put have that problem too.

I do not know what I do anymore ... I'm very sad.

My avatar is sunk below the ground, only when I move it it appears and gets normal, but when I stop moving it it sinks below the ground again. I already cleaned the cache, but it does not work, I even changed the avatar to see if the error was to be the problem of my avatar, but it did not work, ie, no matter what avatar I sink below the ground, I no more see me. Meu avatar é afundado abaixo do solo, só quando eu movê-lo ele aparece e fica normal, mas quando eu parar de movê-lo ele afunda para o chão novamente. Eu já limpei o cache, mas ele não funciona, eu até mudei o avatar para ver se o erro era para ser o problema do meu avatar, mas não funcionou, ou seja, não importa o avatar que eu afundar abaixo do solo, eu Não mais me veja Também não é minha internet porque minha internet é muito rápida. Por favor, alguém pode me ajudar !!!
