Purchases made in Marketplace are not reaching inventory's purchase area. What is the fix.

Life in SL gets HURTFUL and ANGRY when you spend nearly 10000 lindens on a mesh body and head, there are inadequate instructions that come with them. I put on a demo body, there it is. I follow with a (non demo) body and all I see is air. I put on a head and its all black and a dialog is all about makeup. Several buttons. No help in making any form of stripped down nude male. Are there body dressing consultants in SL? Cant be sure after hunting. Help Mesh Body returns nothing in Linden help. Any time I try to sell something I include a basic HOW TO NOTECARD. HELP!
