Im guessing you already know this FT Biscuit, but with intel graphics, the firestorm viewer really only works with the 32 bit version of the viewer. I can assure you the 32 bit firestorm viewer works fine with intel 4000 graphics. (yes on a 64 bit system) Have you tried this link to check if there are any new vid drivers? https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html I hope that helps, although it probably won't.
