Hey, A couple of days ago I paid for an item in-world I guess you say, but did not receive the item. I tried the re-delivery terminal but my item wasn't showing up. I checked my account transactions and it shows the money was taken out of my account and transferred to the person who owns the store. I have contacted 2 people from the store. The first being the person who received the $L and also a user in control of the customer service but haven't heard back (almost 48hours). I don't think this is a scam or anything (it's a pretty big store in SL from what I can tell), but I am wonder if there is anything else I can do to either get my item or get my money returned? thx StacyP2016

Hey guys, I have recently took up sailing/boating in SL. I have purchased a couple of yachts and was wondering if you guys could help me with a few problems. The first one is whenever I am using a mesh body/head, after a couple of minutes, my character appears out of the boat and is stuck travelling in one direct. I can't seem to stand or return to my boat. After some research this seems fixed by using a classic/more basic avatar. A friend said this could be caused b/c I have an older computer/hard drive. While I was testing my boat he was able to ride w/ others and they had mesh bodies as well. Question here: is this normal? Secondly, while travelling from square to square on the map, there is a slight hiccup. I will be travelling in one direction and then it will knock me back a second or two before hand to where I entered the new square on the map. I was told this was normal and usually happens. Finally, if I said and then stand from the drivers seat to look around or walk around my boat, it will disappear after a while. After some research I am assuming this is because of autoreturn, correct? My question here is, am I able to change the autroreturn rate? Also, does the autoreturn time refer to where my boat was rezzed or where I am currently? For example, if I had my own land and rezzed my boat there would I be able to sail/stop without my boat disappearing after a while. (Also, I've only got a warning once out of the 4 times it has happened.) Hopefully you guys can give me some answers or perhaps let me know if my experience is normal. I can still enjoy boating for a little while at a time but it would be nice to be able to take my boat out for a little longer/with less problems. Thanks, StacyP

Hey guys/girls, I've been toying with the idea of buying the premium membership. I think having a house or somewhere to call my own is great, even if I go month to month to see if I would use it. Anyway I was curious if there are in-game tours of the Linden Home models. Somewhere where you can walk around and get a feeling of what they are like on the inside. I know you have to furnish them but perhaps somewhere with examples of what you can do. Thanks, Stacy

Hey there, I'm new to this game. I've been playing for less than a week. This morning I was hanging out at a beach and someone started to talk to me. Less then a few minutes they gave me $L? I didn't do anything I was just chatting with them. I couldn't clicked accept, it just went straight into my SL account. Is this normal? Is it safe? Thanks Stacy

Hey, Ijust started playing this game after watching a documentary. I guess I am mostly on M-F afternoons - eastern time. I'm learning as I go and sometimes I struggle with grasping the concept/ideas but i learn, so if your advanced please have patience with me :) I don't "game" in real life, this is my first real game I have played on the computer. I am used to mobile games and perhaps that is why I struggle a little. Hope to meet new people! Stacy
