    Thank you for your comment. To answer your questions, yes the boathouse is a liveable space and has its own slip to the side for a boat. Just in case my post is confusing, on top of that we have full boatslips to rent that are just that. To answer your question regarding prims, we would be willing to half the prims for a boathouse to say 100 prims and charge 225L for this. To reduce further I think with regards to the space the boathouse takes would not be viable. As most boats have a lot of prims renting a boatslip for 32 or 40 prims is not going to get renters as usually we have the opposite issues that someone has a huge boat and 150 prims is not enough. On average that is rare but possible, as mostly you are looking at anywhere between 60-100 prims a boat. I hope what I have said helped answer your questions.

    A hanger did come available but it was snatched up, along with the last remaining tie-down so if you are wanting one keep your eyes peeled Still got an island available. Its a good size and we have interest in it from a couple of people! Other than than boathouses and boat-slips are available if you are looking for a simple base for sailing.

    Ok that was what I was wondering. Thing is what confused me is we have another island exact same size and same allowance, mine in fact, and no problems there. But I guess dividing the original island for this problem parcel is where we pushed our luck. Thank you for your help Alwin.

    We divided one island on our homestead into 2. Yesterday we rented an island yesterday and one problem. The rental system and box are set to 600 prims for this island but the parcel details tell us there is only 439 available prims. Can someone please tell me why and how to fix this please? The renter cant put items out because he has reached his limit according to the parcel details even though the system should allow him more.

    We only have a tie-down left at the SWEA airport now. If you are wanting somewhere nice, no lag for your planes or helis then come and check it out. It will go quickly. We also have large boathouses and 1 small boathouses left, and the boat slips in the dock, or the 2 islands in our friendly nicely situated harbour/estate.

    One of the hangers and a tie-down is now rented. The other ones will go quickly so come check out the airport before its too late. A no lag friendly airport makes for happy tenants with the no lag. We still have 2 islands free plus boathouses.
