  1. I still enjoy helping noobs when I can. I do it with no expectations of anything in return, not even a simple thank you. Without them, SL would be gone in no time as the older residents die off, leave for whatever reason or go into the witness protection program.

  4. Wow! I'd be happy if you even responded! Many like to ignore other residents. It seems to get worse as the years go by. As for the trumpian p grab mentioned in another response, that's why I wear a p-guard! 😂
  5. I have many I don't know where to start... When customer service is restricted to "Notecards only" is one of them. another is people who IM the second I sign on and I'm not even close with them! I'll leave it at those two examples. 😛
  6. I love many of these! The way LL operates most of the time, I'm not 100% convinced they even looked at all ~7,200. It seems that a lot of what they do is half arsed.
  7. The interview was a bit hard to listen to all the way to the end although I did manage. There is far too little professionalism at LL. Fun is one thing, but I didn't feel the "fun". Does anyone really believe they care about the Residents as much as they claim? They want US to bring more residents? I don't work there, I pay LL for their service. The "soon" is irritating and so was the damn "ploooos". Did I actually hear that Premium Plus was nothing huge or something to that effect? I'm not so excited about all this. Just my thoughts and nobody has to agree! Have a good weekend!
