My voice is not working. I have the dot over my avatar and can see when other people are talking but I can talk and can't hear anything. I've made sure voice is on and settings are correct. What should I do?

How do you fix voice after you've done everything you can in preferences and the tool bar in the upper right hand corner of Firesgtorm. My voice doesn't send or receive.

I have made some purchases where I'm told that my credit card has been charged for the purchase for lindens that have not shown up in my account. Does it take time? If so why? It's never taken this long before.
