Hello, This is not the first I've seen about the Tillia. The post was confusing about how Tillia usage, it took me reading the notification 3 or 4 times to understand what was being said. I personally do not sell stuff on SL but have a premium account that has me waiting in limbo for one of the upgrades to my account. The staff of LL should explain things better, remember you have to talk to your audience. This would eliminate a lot of confusion for your PAYING customers and users.

I have been a premium member for three years now. When LL announced the increase of available larger lots. I have been trying for over a year to get a 1024 lot. I have asked and all I was told to wait. I am considering ending my premium membership on the next time to renew. I am still trying to understand how they offer this with no instructions on how to get the bigger houses. I abandoned my house on a smaller lot and do not have a private place to go any more. I am highly disappointed in LL in the communication, I have been checking twice a day for a new release that was said would happen once a week, but still nothing. Sav

I know that current premium accounts are allowed to update after payment with the new allotment. I do not know how to go to a bigger lot size i have never seen posted anywhere how to change to a bigger lot from my current LL lot. Could someone explain this to me so I can make the change for my larger LL home and lot. Also, I can not find where I can get live chat as offered to premium accounts. Thank you, 1ladysavage Ansar
