The title says a majority of what I'm looking for. I am trying to find investors to help with land cost on setting up a second life club/place to chill. I'm getting a great deal on a 1/4 sim with 5000 prims(16,384 sqm). More prims can be purchased from the land sales agent I'm buying from if needed. But I figure for a start out, this is a cheap option. I would be willing to subdivide the land and split payment. IM me in game if you are interested. I am also using the land to try and become a DJ, and or be the DJ for the entire venue.
