Thank you for the replies, It was a texture issue.

This is the issues I'm having. It looks fine in blender, but after I upload it to SL some of the faces don't show up

Sorry bout that, should've been more clear on that. For people new to firefighting, they start off as a probationary and receive training, the Experience Required part is for those specific positions mentioned below that.
