    OK but that wasn't what we were talking about. A traffic bot is a traffic bot regardless what software you use. The reason why the moderator would be better to switch it to scripted agent status is simply to make them stop counting as traffic and avoid banning them altogether out of the game. Nothing else.But sure banning works too.

    Yes that would be a good IF bots were registered as bots, usually they aren't although run on whatever automated software.

    Actually that's not how it is. All of my tenants are bothered by these B**** bots and made complaints to me thinking that these avatars are stalkers. So my first thought was to allow Region access only to those who have payment info. The problem is that by doing so, potential customers who don't have such info can no longer enter my region to rent and also friends or visitors of my tenants who also won't have pay info can no longer visit. I understand that i have to tolerate whatever Linden Lab policies say even if some are pure nonsense according to me but what i don't understand is why do i have to tolerate and accept your "data collection" bots that make my customers nervous, especially since those are clearly violating the "Account policies" that Linden Lab fails to enforce. (personally idgaf what kind of data you collect cause i consider SL a game BUT money is money and those people pay me)

    Ok so no profit nor an organization, just fun.     Yes .. one question, do you make money from collecting the region data or you just do that "voluntarily" to feel useful? Cause if you don't make money from it.. how about finding a real hobby, maybe play tennis or knitting or swimming.

    They are still considered traffic bots, using a 3d viewer is a waste of CPU and RAM to run them when all you want to do is simply log them in. Look bellow, my daily avatar logged in with 3d consumes 700 megabytes while at the same time the bot running in terminal uses 60 megabytes. Now multiply those numbers x20 avatars...

    All i read is blah blah blah .. god i 'm so bored when companies write a bunch of nonsense for a job description and once hired they want you to do other things, also all those useless meetings that nobody ever pays attention. Ok i 'll settle for US$250,000/annually, where do i sign.... and i am as qualified as everyone who had this position before and sucked.

    Oh ffs so what do you do about the avatars, they always are naked until they are loaded regardless of the zone rating so the whole "rating" thingie is literally a facade. (Pft kids being around is so restrictive, don't want to tell you my thoughts about the "quiet" sex couples have due to kids.)

    Idk .. personally if my son was looking to date chicks online i would probably get him an escort so he could have some real fun and tell his mom that we went fishing. It's a matter of principles. (..but i am not into marriage nor like to spread kids randomly around so won't happen.)

    I was chatting with one of my girls the other day, shes a mother of 5, her youngest is 13 and she took his phone cause he would stay all night awake pretending to be a 25+ year old and flirt with 20-24 year old chicks online on social apps, so next day at school he would be sleepy or try to skip it...kids these days are so funny.

    That sounds like most SL business owners. They actually work all day makings zero profit, just to say they are doing something in SL and the only one making money from their labor is LL. ... and they even pay to work in SL. Funny way to do business/work.
