Depends on someones habits, for me yes voicing is necessary.
I usually won't type more than 3-6 lines of text (unless with a customer) especially if i have to text in English which is not my language.
"Friends" who don't voice bore me and i delete them after a week, my only exception are 2 girls from the U.S who are actually deaf.

Many times in the past i designed custom themes for Firestorm so it looks the way i prefer
...and i am wondering if there are others here in the Forum who also design their own themes.
If you do , feel free to post here so i can see your work and perhaps get new ideas.
(*Full custm themes are preferred but if you just want to show toolbar buttons configurations that's fine.)

The Region Owner/Manager doesn't have your IP address.
When an Estate Manager bans your avatar from a region the server will log your username + your IP address.
If you want to visit that region with an Alt account you should use a different IP.
If you try to visit that region with the new IP using the banned avatar this IP will be blacklisted too.

Now based on his achievements and without taking seriously any rumors
being spread online by imaginary role play characters, i understand that he
was a valuable asset for any company he has been part of.
Of course working for Linden Lab isn't an option cause it's a very small company
but if he somehow was convinced to participate i bet it would be very beneficial.

The buttons on the top bar of Relentless themes (had multiple versions of it) were static, the side/bottom toolbars buttons were dynamic, you could swap them with other buttons but the toolbars themselves as a design were fixed, so you either had them on with the buttons you liked or off (no shrinking)
I no longer use that theme, deleted it a couple of years ago and started from scratch the Aura theme which looks similar to my xfce desktop.
