More likely its a broken link that's corrupting your inventory. So it would be best to go to current outfit in your inventory, find the broken link and delete it from your inventory. Its good to clear cache but it won't resolved the failed clothing not found in the database. Once the broken link is deleted from your inventory, your skin and clothing texture will be loaded and good as new.
