  1. Well, I've tried logging in using Ahern and Morris and both options still deny based on password. At this point, I am still waiting to hear back from Support, who last told me that they would be helping me but that was days ago and nothing more. I thought that simply syncing up my username and password wouldn't take so long, but it's going on 9 days now... The support response didn't even specify how long it would be until I heard an actual response, so I'm waiting in the dark. If I understand correctly, there's a usergroup on the beta grid that meets on Thursdays but I can't get onto the grid to interact with them in the first place, so I'm not sure how I would go about flagging them down for assistance...?
  2. I did contact support a few days ago now, and the response so far has been that they received my request and will assist me ... sometime soon.... It's pretty frustrating, considering that I don't want to keep throwing lindens away but the only answer to that is to "jump onto the beta" when, of course, I cannot get onto the beta. :matte-motes-dead:
  3. I am unsure how to move forward. I am trying to get onto the Aditi / Beta grid so I can test meshes without spending a fortune. I have never been onto the grid before. Three days ago, I attempted to log into the grid for the first time. I have tried using the Firestorm viewer and the SL viewer. Neither one will let me in - both tell me that my password must be incorrect. Over 24 hours ago, I changed my password on the main grid since the wiki article says that if you are having trouble, you must reset your account. Seemed pretty stupid considering I hadn't been on the grid in the first place, but I changed my password. And I waited the 24 hour period for it to update. At this point, I am able to log into the regular grid but still, every time I try to log in to the beta, I get the failed password prompt. I have tried using: shushpupshushpup residentshushpup.residentshushpup Residentshushpup.ResidentAny ideas as to how I can get onto the grid would be great.

  5. One last query, if I may... If I also am setting up an in-game store and make sales through signage boards (not CasperVend), is there a way to see the sales? I keep hearing people reference transaction history but I'm not entirely sure how to access that unless I've purchased something myself and a notification pops up.
  6. I understand where you are coming from, OP, but I don't really have an issue with what is happening. These items are part of a set (a collection of gatcha) and they are being resold on the marketplace. They are using one image because that is the signage people who are looking for the gatcha are most familiar with. Checking the description almost always clarifies with particular item out of the set is being sold or if it includes the entire set. Also checking the contents tab will reveal which item is included. Lastly, I understand the frustration of the same images but I also don't know how to fix it. I don't think most of the resellers can unpack and photograph these items if they also want to repackage them and sell them as they were originally intended. I could be wrong but I bought a gatcha item and thought of reselling but was flummoxed as to how to get all the items back into one box, especially since the "carrying case" it originally appeared in 'disappeared' once I rezzed it. Everything else was intact but the initial animation stuff is now gone. I do not agree that these listings are spam, but I do think that maybe they should have to be sectioned off or have a checkbox of some sort to filter out all gatcha because for some items, they can overwhelm search results.
  7. Oh I see then. Well, I suppose I will just have to rely exclusively on the transaction history, which I suppose is the most important aspect anyway. I just like having feedback on whether or not people are seeing the item but if it isn't accurate in the first place... Thanks for all your help!
  8. So the item that never even had a listing will just be there.... forever? :matte-motes-confused: Oh god, that's really terrible, hah. And okay, I will wait and see. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't glitch something out and ruin my reports ability or something! Is there any other way to see the data on views, searches, and sales then? I'm still learning how to best use keywords and I'm not sure if I'm getting hits or not.
  9. So I have two issues and I'm not entirely sure if they are related or not. First up, a few days ago, I added an item for a new listing. But then realized I added the wrong item and so deleted it and added the correct item. The issue is that this no-longer-there item shows up consistently on my reports, of course with zeros but it is always there. I cannot get it to go away and clicking the link just routes to the default Marketplace page since that item is invalid and there was never a listing made for it. Now, my actual issue, which I am not sure if these are related but this is what is bugging me... I added a new item last night. It is searchable on the MP, it comes up when I have someone else search for it. It shows as active, I can edit it, etc... But it does not show up under either of my reports. I only have a handful of items, so there isn't like a bunch of items to look through. It just does not appear. It is visible in my storefront though. I am just at a loss as to how to see if it is being search/purchased if it refuses to appear on either report. I deleted the listing, removed the item. And then added the item again and recreated a listing. Same issue. It is as if it does not exist as far as reporting goes. Any and all help is highly appreciated.
